First Time Users – Follow These Instructions

You must be a member of Richmond Fire Department Credit Union, Inc. to use our Internet Banking. You must complete an authorization form to activate your personal Internet Banking account. You can do this by sending an email to memberservices@rfdcreditunion.com, by visiting our office or by calling the credit union at (804) 354-0673.

You can use Internet Banking to check account balances and history, transfer funds, request a check, access loan information and more. Simply click the desired button to proceed. Navigation of this site is as easy as clicking on an underlined item or button. Each category contains easy to follow prompts that will allow you to review and conduct your financial transactions in a secure, convenient manner.

Please Note: Activity on this site is current as of the effective date/time notation located on the bottom of the screen. If you have difficulty logging in, please call Richmond Fire Department Credit Union, Inc. during normal office hours.
